1. Prepositions of Time

Prepositions of time show when something happens.

📌 Common prepositions of time:
at, on, in

2. Present Simple Affirmative

We use the present simple to talk about:
- things that happen regularly,
- facts,
- routines.

📌 We add -s or -es to the verb with he, she, it.

✅ Structure


🔹 Add -es to verbs ending in: -ch, -sh, -ss, -x, -o (e.g., watch → watches, go → goes).
🔹 For verbs ending in -y after a consonant, change -y to -ies (e.g., study → studies).


💡  Remember: Only he, she, it gets -s or -es!

3. Present Simple - Negative 

We use the present simple negative to say that something does NOT happen.

📌 We use do not (don't) or does not (doesn't) + the base form of the verb.

💡 Notice: After don't and doesn't, we do NOT add -s to the verb.

4. Present Simple Questions

We use the present simple to ask about habits, facts, and routines.

📌 We use Do or Does at the beginning of the question, depending on the subject.

❓ Structure


🔹 Do → with I, you, we, they
🔹 Does → with he, she, it
🔹 After do or does, the verb stays in base form (no -s).
🔹 If there is question word it goes to the beginning of the sentence:
     - Where do you live?
     - What do they like?
     - When do we visit gradma?
